Please Note: A 4% fee will be charged to all credit card payments. We do not charge extra for sunshine and WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF IT RAINS. Our cancellation policy is as follows: If your plans change within 2 days of arrival, your full stay will be charged. Cancellations made 3-14 days before arrival will incur a 1-night charge. If you cancel 15 or more days before arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
